Mimori began her voice-acting career in 2010 and is best known as the voice of Umi Sonoda in the Love Live! franchise and Sherlock Shellingford in the Tantei Opera Milky Holmes series. In April 2013, she made her solo artist debut with single “Aitaiyo… Aitaiyo!” Her voice continues to appear in various animes while she actively pursues her singing career. In her concerts “Tropical Paradise” of September 2017, she concocted an inimitable “Mimorin world” with expressively-rich vocal and outstanding dance performances. The three concerts in Tokyo and Osaka drew a crowd of 12,000 in total. In October 2017, she broke her singles hit record with her eighth release, “Egao-no Kimi-e,” which peaked at fourth on the Oricon weekly charts.
